Brainfreeze for dinner

June 3, 2010

Because I can.

Raw Banana Ice Cream

1-2 bananas

a smidge of non-dairy beverage

Let it go in your blender (use the liquid to help things get going) for five minutes or until it’s thick and creamy! You might have to stop to scrape down the sides a few times, but it’s worth it. Trust.

Love this stuff! I like to eat it for breakfast some days and feel like I’m really getting away with having dessert first thing in the morning. 😉

Oh man, this makes leftover brussel sprouts look like garbage.
